Luggage trolleys at arrivals of Hong Kong airport

Are luggage trolleys available in the international baggage arrivals hall that we can use to transport our bags through customs and out to our ground transportation?

Yes, there are many free luggage trolleys at the airport. You can use them to go through custom and arrive at the ground transportation center. Don't worry.
