Amir, first, prepare the required documents including your passport and copy of its data page, the application form with a passport-style photo glued, proof of your financial support, flight itinerary and your travel plan to HK. Next, submit your application to the embassy of PRC to apply for it.
If the embassy handles your application by itself, it will cost 3000 rupees; but if it’s transferred to HK immigration department, it will cost 5,000 rupees (including 2000 rupees for communication fee).
