How often does tourist bus no 3 run?  How long does the journey take?  How much would it cost to hire a car with driver to visit the Mausoleum?

Well, I'm afraid that you cannot take tourist bus line 3. This line is temporarily out of service now. So you can take a coach to Qianxian from West Bus Station. The ticket fare is CNY 25 per person. After arriving, take a taxi or hire a private car to the scenic area. It costs CNY 20 to 30. The whole way takes around 2 hours.
