Is it good time for travel to Hong Kong during April(17 - 22nd)?
Is it Typhoon season during this period?

Yes, it is a good time for a visit. The typhoon season lasts from late May to late September. Have a nice trip! :)0

Our trip to HK during 17th-23rd April was amazing. The weather was pleasant with only few thunderstorms on day1 but weather during the rest of our stay was really awesome and we enjoyed every bit of it. Disneyland and Oceanpark were most memorable moments for my son.0

Yes, it's a good time to visit in HK. Their weather is few thunderstorms. Victoria Peak had nice views of the whole city, and the tram ride up to the top was pretty cool too. If you have time, I hear the hike up to the peak is nice as well!0
