Getting a visa to China: longer stay (45 days)

Hi, I'm a Lithuanian and want to visit my son studying in Shanghai in summer 2016. My holidays are long and I would like to stay there for about 45 days. Should I apply for a SINGLE entry or DOUBLE entry one? Thank you.

Ruta, you go there for short visit and you may apply for a tourist L type. Usually, the stay duration of tourist L type is 30 days. But you can try to apply for a 45-day or 60-day one in the first place, if it doesn’t work, a double-entry one is for your choice.
