Born Jun. 6, 1970: I've been eyeing a promotion and thinking about pursuing my dream to be a writer.

I'm indecisive and need some advice to help me see my direction more clearly. Any suggestions?

Shirley, it may not be appropriate for you to make any change in work this year. It is suggested you to stay in your current position. If you work hard enough, you will get a promotion finally.
