About:How to Travel to China without a Visa

24 hour transit permit

Is the immigration inspection counter located in the airport in Beijing? I'm also traveling from Houston, TX to Beijing for a 9 hour layover. Is that the only place a Temporary Permit can be obtained?

Ramon, right, it’s at the airport. I’m afraid you have to go there and apply for a temporary stay permit.
