Nisha, when you apply for PRC work Z type, education certificate is necessary, but not enough. You should first a company in PRC to hire you, and then the employer will get you the foreign employment permit and an invitation letter of duly authorized unit; along with your passport and the application form attached with a passport-style photo, you can apply for the work Z type.1
