If your son is Chinese nationality born in Philippines, he can just apply for a Chinese passport. Those documents are required:
1. The application form and 2 recently-taken color photos
2. Parent’s passport and your work permit in Philippines
3. Your marriage certificate
4. Your son’s birth certificate
5. A statement from you to assent the application for Chinese passport; if your wife is Philippines, a written statement to give up Philippines nationality.0
