how do i go about the process for work visa application?

a friend have invited me to come pick a teaching job there and my time is limited how do i guarantee a working Z type. i have no letter on that too can you help me?

Alex, you should first ask your employer to get you the foreign expert certificate or and an invitation letter from a duly authorized unit, and then you need to prepare these two documents and other required ones containing your passport and its copy, the filled-out application form affixed with a passport-sized color photo. Afterwards, submit the application to the embassy of PRC to apply for it.
