present career status & planning to build a house on february 2017

Hi! Year of the DOG born in 1982 SEP 12 and married with 1child. expecting for a promotion earlier this month but did not happen..got so disappointed planning to work abroad but i cant leave my family. I am planning to work abroad because probably february 2017 we will be constructing our own house. Can you give some advises?
