present career status & planning to build a house on february 2017

Hi! Year of the DOG born in 1982 SEP 12 and married with 1child. expecting for a promotion earlier this month but did not happen..got so disappointed planning to work abroad but i cant leave my family. I am planning to work abroad because probably february 2017 we will be constructing our own house. Can you give some advises?Thank you.

I’m very sorry to hear that. But this year may not be a good timing to pursue a change. It is predicted that you may have a negotiating problem this year. If you can work that out, it is still very likely to get a promotion with your excellent work performance. Of course this will involve the ecnomical condition improvement, which will help your house-purchasing plan. Good luck!
