May I know when is the best time to see Peony Flower in Luoyang?

The best time is in mid April. The peony flowers will be in bloom then. :)

Miss Ellen, Thanks you for the reply. I have more questions ? Can I still see the flower in mid May for this year? Can the specially cold weather this year delay the seasonal bloom?

Well, the report says that the flower season will be declined from the early May. So you'd better to go there in April.
