2 month visa

Hi there, please could you help me. I'm currently in Laos and I wanna go overland to China next month. I'm from the Netherlands and I'm trying to get my Chinese entry permit in Vientiane next week. My question is: is it possible to get a 2-month one, and do I have to do anything different than with the regular one month entry permit application?

Thanks a lot!
Indi

Indi, as you are not applying from your home country, I can't tell for sure whether you can get the 2-month entry permit or not, but I think you have possibility to get it. Compared with regular application, you need to submit the original and photocopy of your stay permit or residence permit in Laos and you may be required to provide more detailed travel itinerary to show that you need to stay two months in PRC.
