stay duration of a Visa

How I can get an entry permit for 90 days and I went to PRC before last summer and I'm student and I'm traveling to see my girlfriend and travel

Mohamed, if you apply for tourist L type, I’m afraid the stay duration cannot be 90 days. The longest stay may be 60 days or so. But after you enter, you can possibly apply for an extension 7 days earlier before it expires.
