how to apply visa

i want to visit my my girlfriend who lives in dalian china at least 5 days what type I should apply and what requirements i need to process it?

You can apply for a tourist L type. First, prepare the required materials including your passport and copy of its data page, the completed application form and a recent passport-sized color photo, and an invitation letter from your girlfriend. Next, submit your application to the consulate general of PRC to apply for it.
