About:Chinese Consulate in Chicago

What documents or materials are needed to apply for 10 year L Visa to China?

In addition to showing the flight tickets what other documents are needed? Such as hotel reservations? touring schedule? etc?

You need to make sure that the remaining validity of your passport should be more than one year. Other documents are the same as the ordinary application for tourist L type including the completed application form attached with a recently-taken passport-style photo, round trip air tickets and hotel booking record.
