vietnamese lady married malaysian to apply macau and China mainland visa

How and where to apply both Macau and PRC mainland entry permit in Malaysia, who is married to a Malaysian.Thank you.

If you go the two places for sightseeing purpose, you should apply for tourist entry permit.
You need to prepare two sets of applications including those documents: your passport and its copy, the completed application form with a recently-taken bareheaded color photo glued, your residence permit in Malaysia, as well as round trip air tickets and hotel reservation. AS for Macau entry permit, the proof of financial support and travel plan are also required.
You should submit one application to the CVASC to apply for mainland PRC entry permit; and submit another application to the embassy of PRC in Malaysia to apply for Macau entry permit.
