About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

Canadian visiting daughter who's working in Korea can we apply together for visa in Korea?

Ken, as far as I know, if you don’t have ARC card in Korea, it may be troublesome to apply from there; but I have heard that someone without the ARC card did apply for it successfully. You can have a try.
