Package to China For Valentine's Day Gift???

Question About parcel to China
I had a parcel sent out Jan. 21 2016 from NYC and is been 3 weeks. I lost tracking from usps tracking system and could you please help me to find out where is my parcel now. The Package is for Valentine's Day Gift, question if the package can able to receive by 2/14/16.

Hi Rebecca, I checked the package delivery status and it states that the item is currently in transit to the destination from Jan. 23. After that, there is no tracking data.
