Change University and Visa

Hi, I was studying Chinese Language for one semester at an university, but after 4 months the semester ended and they cancelled my X type because I had shortage of attendance, Now I am in my home country and wish to apply to another university and study there because I did not like my previous one anyways. Will the cancelled X type hamper my chances of getting a new X1 type? I have not overstayed and have no criminal record.
