Bus/Rail schedule & cost request: Suifenhe to Vladivostok and Vladivostok back to Suifenhe/Harbin?

Hi, I am now planning to go to Vladivostok from China. (Since I found one related post about visa issues from direct buying in Harbin, so I plan to catch a trip to Suifenhe first)
It would be very grateful if you could share me the best way to get across to Vladivostok? Bus or rail?
And from Harbin or Suifenhe is better? How much does it cost? How long will it be?

Also, do you have a schedule go to and back from Vladivostok.
If anyone declares all details, it would be much appreciated and useful to many people here because all of the information can't be found anywhere.
