bus/rail schedule & cost request: suifenhe to vladivostokvladivostok back to

Hi, I am now planning to go to Vladivostok from China. (Since I found one related post about visa issues from direct buying in Harbin, so I plan to catch a trip to Suifenhe first)It would be very grateful if you could share me the best way to get across to Vladivostok? Bus or rail? And from Harbin or Suifenhe is better? How much does it cost? How long will it be?Also, do you have a schedule go to and back from Vladivostok.  If anyone declares all details, it would be much appreciated and useful to many people here because all of the information can't be found anywhere.Thank you.

I used to read that there is rail connection between Suifenhe to a port called Pogranichnyy. From there many people go for Vladivostok by bus. The rail departs from Suifenhe around 9am or 9:30am and cost about USD11. I am not sure if any update since the one i used to read was not a recent one. Have no idea for the return trip just guess it may work vice versa as well.
