About:How to Refund / Cancel a China Train Ticket

Tickets purchased 2 months in advance

Hi there,

I am wanting to travel from Changsha to Hong Kong in April. I know i need to get a ride from Changsha to Guangdong and then a trip from Guangdong to Hong Kong.

If I brought them now however in a month's time I was not able to go, could I get a full refund?

As i can read on this website, once it was issued well, there will be cancellation fee caused. So if your schedule is not fixed yet, you may choose to wait sometimes.
