This year is going to be a perfect time for you to improve yourself. You can either study the related lessons or learning from other colleagues. The knowledge you accumulated will do good for your later career. Your health condition is going to be fine.
Also, I'm happy to tell you that, the life of both of your kids is quite smooth and steady. Just take care of them and set out some short trips. That would make your family life even happier.
