Hi! Should i start looking for a new job? or will my promotion finally take place? Dennis from Philippines, I was born Aug.26,1970, a metal dog if i'm not mistaken

Well, you can finally expect a small promotion this year. Do accept it and keep working hard. Don't consider changing a job. Once quitting, you may be jobless for a long time. It is not wise to take the risk!
