visit hong kong on nov. 25-30

Is it good to visit HK on those dates? do we need to bring jackets?  Are there mall sales during this period? Thanks :)

According to the weather records, it will be a bit hot, and the average temp may reach 70-78F. You can just wear T-shirts. And prepare a long-sleeved shirt in case. As for mall sales, i suggest you go to Mong Kok. Good Luck.
