About:Visa Application for Children Born in US with Chinese Parents

Chinese Parents - American Child

Both of my parents were born in China, have Chinese passports and do not have US Citizenship or Green Cards. I am a US Citizen and I have a US Passport. I am 14 and going on a trip with my school to PRC. Do I need to apply for a Chinese Travel Document (I had one when I was a small child, but is has since expired) or do I need to apply for a regular China Visa?
