Can I go shopping with my baby girl on lunar new year ? It's Monday and I'm a stay at home mom so ? By the way happy new year all :)

Yes, of course you can if you have a visa. If you don't have one, I'm afraid you cannot visit because the embassy is closed for a few days. Anyway, if you don't have the visa, you can apply for it after the embassy reopens. The Chinese New Year Festival lasts for at least half a month so I think you still have time to go there and shopping.
