front door is connected or straight ahead with bedroom door

Hi, i have a question. We rented a condo unit. It is 1 bedroom and already fixed. My mom went here today and told me that our room door should not be straight ahead with the main door. By the way our bedroom door is sliding door. What should i do? I already paid for the unit. I also plan to just put divider or curtain maybe. Thanks
