About:Horse's Luck Prediction by Month 2025

Career: I was born on Aug. 6, 1990.

I'm turning 5 yrs in Apr with my current job but there's no promotion yet and I'm looking for other job opportunities to have increased income, currently a Team Manager for 2 yrs. What will be my career prediction? Should I go look for a higher position elsewhere?

Hi, your career is improving well this year. You can even make more achievements in the current position. Anyway, it is ok to seek for higher position and salary within the year, and job changing can be made in the second half of the year.
