Question

I had a bad 2015.  Please tell me if 2016 will be a better year for finances and career.  I aways believed hard work will pay off but  in my case not.  I started the year working harder than ever before.  Is luck finally going to to turn for me. My marriage also not great .

Within 2016, you will finally achieve a promotion. The income will climb up as well. Another thing is that you should try to get along with all your colleagues.
