Is there any train services from Shangri-La to Kunming?
And what is the time schedule?

Oh, no direct train operates between these two places. You should choose other transportation.
Take direct long-distance bus at Main Bus Station and get to Kunming. The schedules are from 09:00 to 19:30. The duration is about 10 to 12 hours.In addition, there are several direct flights that can take you to Kunming. It only takes around an hour on the way.1
