I have my own business, turns 3 in April. Health and Fitness. Is it worth all the trouble ?

I've been running my business for 3 years. I have trouble getting staff, as I live 25mins out of the city centre, and its hard to attract employees. There for i find myself working 7 days a week for less than a part time wage. I offer a range of services and train unto 90 loyal clients a week, but i can't seem to attract anyone to join my team (the ones that have, left due to not enough hours- very recently) i have a new sports science project starting next month, a collaborative team, driven by a very experienced Sports medicine doctor. Can i do both together, or should i focus on one? I'm recently married, January born 41 years, no children :( 1975
