Is it more worth to get Hong Kong Airport Express Travel Pass or standard octopus pass?

Hi! I am slightly confused with the AE travel pass, is the 3 days unlimited also available for MTR Buses?

I will be in Hong Kong for 3 days and below is my itinerary:
Day 1: reach HK airport around 3pm, hotel in Nathan road, Jordan. Sightseeing around Yau Ma Tei.
Day 2: MTR to Mong kok, might take bus to other places.
Day 3: MTR to Hong Kong station, visit other places like wan chai, sham Sui po, tsim tsa zui. Might take bus to some places.
Day 4: 7am to Hong Kong airport from Jordan.
(Total number of hours is not 72 hours yet)
Do you think I should get AE travel pass is worth it? Or should I get the standard octopus pass instead?
