Job change: I am born October 21 1968.

Hi, I just moved to a new position in my company. It was a lateral move. My new boss however sees the role evolving. She said she would get me a raise. Can you tell me what you see, if this will work out ?

Yes, it will work out. Your new boss has discovered your talents. As long as you put more efforts in your work, you will get salary increase or promotion.
