renew passport but visa still valid

Question

Hi. I need to renew my passport but my visa is valid until Nov. Can my visa be transferred, do I need a new visa or can I take both passports (new valid passport and previous passport with valid visa?).

Hi Philip, if it's a one-year multiple entry permit, I think you can enter with both passports. If it's only for a single entry, you need to apply for a new one. The old entry permit cannot be transferred onto the new passport.
