About:China Work Visa

My partner has a really old conviction (30 years ago). will this jeopardise his visa?

Taking a car without consent. Fined but no custodial sentence.

Just to add, any UK CRB checks have come back clear since 1997.,

Karen, I don't think it will affect the application. Just prepare all documents and submit the application.
