Which category of visa?

We will be traveling to China from the US as husband wife and two children this summer to visit two cities for the following reason - we will meet some people there and explore whether or not we may want to move to these cities and work in the future. We will be doing no work while there and we'll be there for just under 2 weeks. Only visiting, discussing possibilites, getting to know people, etc.. just a visit at this time. Which type should we apply for?
