About:Shamian Island

I heard there is a ferry that can take you to Shamian Island from the Guangzhou city center.

How do you get to the ferry and what is the cost? Thanks!

Yes, you can take the ferry at Canton Tower Dock, and arrive at Huangsha Dock.
The ferry schedules are from 07:00 to 18:30 at intervals of 30 mins. The ticket fare is CNY 2 to 6 per person for the single trip. After arriving, walk to the destination directly.

In addition, in downtown area, APM Line and Subway Line 3 can take you to Canton Tower. Then walk northwest around 500 yards (460 meters) to arrive at Canton Tower Dock.
