Travelling to Hongkong on 23/03 to 27/03, should i get octopus pass?

Hi, i am travelling on the above schedule for free & easy trip. i plan to go lamma island, stanley st, sai kung, the peak etc. Any friend can tell me if sufficient time to explorer so many places? I like to try the trams, ferry and other public transports, should i get a octopus pass to get around? octopus pass can use to take trams or ferry? thanks
