Take bus line 11 from the South End of the Dongfanghong Square (Guangchang Nankou) to Plastics Factory (Suliaochang) Station. Then, walk west for about 800 yards to the new aquarium. ;)1

Xie xie ni Julia! :) I also found out you can get a 109 bus from the square there so we took a taxi for 20 yuan there and a bus back. Thanks!! :)0
