About:Marriage Registration in China

Canadian wants to get a copy of marriage certificate registered in China

I'm a Canadian and got married to a Chinese lady in Dubai. But our marriage certificate from the Christian church in Dubai was registered in PRC. I'm now in Canada and my wife left me . I would like to get a copy of my registered marriage certificate in PRC. Is it possible I can request it here in PRC embassy in Canada?

I’m sorry. You cannot request it at the embassy of PRC in Canada. The consulate general doesn’t issue such kind of certificates.
But you can try to contact with the relevant department where you registered your marriage originally and see if you can get it from there.
