Getting Married

Hello there, I am going to china in july hoping to get married to my 23 year old fiancee, but I am below 22 years and you stated above that I will need to submit some letters and forms from my parents I want to know if the 民政局 will accept my parents letter and my parents fingerprints without any significant problem? and will allow me to marry her?
it will be a third or fourth tier city, I hope there wont be any objections from the case officers. I am an Australian Citizen and she is Chinese.

Dear, I think the letters and forms from your parents will be accepted and you two can get married.
