hi, i got the tumi suitcase in the mall on nanjing rd near jingan temple (shanghai).

can i get a refund on it? it's a checked-in size luggage. i get the original faPiao, but no tax refund form.Elena

Which mall do you refer to? Do you still remember whether the store where you bought the suitcase is designaged with TAX FREE? Anyway, if at Orient Shopping Center or New World City on Nanjing Road, you can surely get tax refund. Then go to the store, present the original Fapiao, and ask for a form. Good luck!
