Notarization or legalization of diplomas

Good day to all,

Could you please clarify whether a person applying for a work permit visa should notarize diplomas? Or is it required to legalize them as well.

Yes, the diploma should be firstly notarized by a notary public and then authenticated by the Chinese embassy in your country before it is sent to China for applying the work permit.
