question about Postal application

Hi! Can someone please explain the sections postal application (single way/ double way)? TIA

Nav, single-way postal service means that you post your application to the CVASC and go there personally to collect your passport after your application gets approved.
Double-way postal service means that you post your application there and after the application is passed, the CVASC will post your passport back.
