How's my career and financial aspect in 2016? I'm an ox. I was born on February 20, 1973.

I been applying for job promotion for the last few years with no luck. I am hoping to save up enough to buy a house

Eleanor, finance is just so so. There is no big improvement in your income. And your career fortune is not as lucky as you thought. If you still want a promotion, you should work harder and convince your boss with your excellent work performance.

It's recommended to stick to the status quo. If you really want a change, switch the department may be a good choice.
