About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

Total Days Per Year on an M Visa

I have a 10-year, multiple entry Business M type with a 60-day stay duration. Is there any limit to how many total days I can stay in China during a calendar year, provided that I don't stay in the mainland more than 60 days per visit?

John, as far as I know, there is no such limit.

My information says if you stay more then 183 days in one year you become a permanent work resident. All new rules and taxes apply!
