luggage storage Beijing

I am going to have 23 kg and 150(h/w/l) bag. I want to send the luggage by post / currier to the Marina Sail village in Qingdao from Beijing. I don’t want to carry all this extra luggage with me during the round trip. Is it possible to leave the huge bag at a storage place in Beijing till I come back to pick it up? Cheers, Iskra

Iskra, if you don't want to bring your luggage during your trip, you actually can deposit it at the airport. There are left-luggage service counters inside T3 of Beijing Capital Airport, to be precise, east and west of public spaces of Arrival Hall at 2nd foor of T3-C. They charge CNY 20, 30 or 50 per day according to your luggage size.

Thank you! Is there size limit of the luggage? The one I'm having is really huge. Do I need to make a reservation to secure space? Is it safe? Going to do a sail trip from Qingdao and this are my stuff I need on the boat.

Iskra, the airport has cargo shelves. If your luggage is really big, then you might be charged a higher price. But don't worry! It will be accepted. If you still have questions, I think you might make a call for consultation.

And I am afraid that the post office might refuse to accept your luggage if it exceeds the size limit. In this way, you need to find a logistics company to carry your luggage from Beijing to Qingdao.
