how will my finances go this year as well as how will my career do in my current job?

Hi, I am worried with my finances this year. I wanted to purchase a condo unit. I have a feasible budget plan for the whole year but I am having doubts I might have inevitable problems along the way.

I was born on March 7, 1985. If this will help to be more specific, I was born 8 pm philippine time.
