About:China Customs Declaration

I want to carry jade to hongkong for testing it and talk to dealers about it. what is the process?

Aicha, will you take many pices of jade articles? If so, I think you need to prove that they are not culture relics. I don't know how India deals with this case. In PRC, you should get the certificate from local bureau of cultural relics. Then, you should declare them at the customs. However, if you carry too many, then they will ask you to send them back.

Hey lily,
they are not relics but they are just slabs of jade. we are planning to carry 4 to 5 slabs, they are roughly the size of a cricket ball.
